American Language Center has an honorable mission to acknowledge and to develop potential of the students and different experts from all over Moldova; it also offers the opportunity to discover an intercultural experience. American Language Center is the Department of Education at American Councils; its main goal is to deliver English teaching services.

· Dorina Calinovscaia, Morozan Olga, Irina Spita, Dina Rusu, Cristina Cornovan, Marina Chirnitcaia, Vera Tabureanu are American Language Center instructors who have participated as speakers in the „Teaching Foreign Languages for Specific Purposes in the 21st century” conference. Follow the link.

· Some of ALC Teachers like Marina Chirnitcaia, Natalia Trofim, Ludmila Dodul and Vera Tabureanu had pleasure to attend the 17th TESOL - Ukraine International Conference “English in Globalized World” which took place at Kamianets-Podilsky Ivan Ohiyenko National University on the 14-15 March 2012. It was devoted to the Linguistics and Methodology perspectives which determine the ways the English language is taught and learnt. Some videos from the welcome note and a seminar.
